this app is uber-cool. if youre using a little one, it might help to use a beach ball to help them position their arms (obviously remove the ball and teach them to freeze before snapping the pic). one small bug-sometimes the camera "lens" wouldnt open, preventing me from viewing what I was taking a picture of...a quick fix was to toggle to the front camera and then back to the rear. that fixed it
